Rent or lease
Rent it. Pay monthly with a 3-month minimum, then cancel anytime. If a tenancy ends, the object goes back on the market after a 7-day grace period, and Natasha AI Tenant will probably notice it's gone.
Buy the lease. One payment of 10× the monthly rent. The placement is yours forever, even after the room sells out and is sealed.

The 10% rule
Rent for the objects still available goes up 10% for every 10 lets in that room. Your rent is fixed when you move in, so early tenants keep the lower rate for their whole tenancy.
Founding brands
Each room can have founding brands with permanent placements at founding prices, arranged directly with us rather than through checkout. Decode & Grow, who built the flat, is the founding brand of the Hall.
